We know that microgreens are incredibly healthy and nutritious. But what is a serving size, and how much is recommended daily? These are fantastic questions.

The serving size of fresh microgreens can vary depending on the variety of microgreens that you are eating. It is recommended to eat approximately 1.5 - 2 tablespoons per meal and 2 cups for the day. If you want those noticeable benefits, eat 2 cups of raw microgreens daily! However, your age, gender, and level of physical activity may affect the amount of micros you want to consume. Be sure to speak with your physician if you have any questions regarding how much microgreens you or someone in your family should eat daily.
