Our Sonoran Spicy Microgreen Microblends Seasoning is everyone's favorite and now we are happy to announce that this best-selling premium microgreen mix is now available as a nutrient-rich seasoning blend. This convenient and delicious mix consists of 100% dried whole-plant (we use leaves and stems for maximum nutrients) radish, arugula, mustard, and amaranth microgreens. 

An exceptional combination of vegetable microgreens packed full of nutrients and bursting with flavor makes it the perfect finishing spice garnish for any meal providing the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants you need. 

Your microgreen micro blends will arrive in a sealed glass jar with a shaker lid. We recommend using your Microgreen Microblends within several months of opening them and exposing the microgreens to the air.

PROCESS: 

The microgreens used for this seasoning are slowly dehydrated to remove moisture at a very low heat to preserve the nutrients. Because we dehydrate our microgreens at such a low heat they are still considered "raw". Once dehydrated we immediately grind, blend, and package to ensure freshness.  

SERVING SIZE: 

We recommend using 1/4 of a teaspoon as a serving size. A 1/4 of a teaspoon of our 100% pure microgreen nutrient seasoning is equal to approximately 2 cups of vegetables. Using 1/4 teaspoon as a serving size you can expect approximately 55 servings. 

A fantastic garnish to salads and coleslaw. Sprinkle on soups, pizza, tacos, omelets, and stews. Stir-fry, pasta dishes, and avocado toast enhance the flavors of appetizers and can be added to steamed veggies or baked potatoes. 

For the full nutrition benefits do not apply this seasoning blend while cooking. Use this micro blend as a finishing seasoning that you add to your meal right before you eat. This way you retain all the nutrients and flavors of this seasoning.
